December 19, 2017 in the sports complex "Hippocrates" teachers of the Russian language department held an event "Orenburg with my eyes."
The purpose of the event is to get acquainted with the history of the Orenburg region, the formation of regional knowledge among foreign students. Students from the Faculty of International Students from the 1st to 3rd courses took part in the event. Leaders of the event were Patkhan Arbaz (301 and), Kaur Tarandip (301 and) and the teacher of the Russian language department A.M. Frolov. They told interesting facts about our city, about Orenburg region, about the main stages of the development of the region, about its features.
The event was preceded by the creative work of students. Under the guidance of curators, they prepared wall newspapers, presentations and videos on "Orenburg with my eyes." Due to non-standard approaches, students have seen the beauty of the landscapes familiar to us in a new way, told about our city and shared their impressions of life in it.
Students happily took part in competitions, where they showed a good knowledge of Orenburg, its streets and historical places.
Especially liked the foreign students to collect puzzles with views of the city, they remembered with interest the names of the streets, answered quiz questions. The most active were awarded souvenirs, the other participants received sweet prizes.
The jury of the competition noted an original look at the topic, new ideas and quality training of students. As a result of the competition, students were awarded diplomas.
