Postgraduate Medical Institute was established in June 2003 and is a subdivision NMHTS named after NI Pirogov. This institution organizes and provides education programs of the Center for postgraduate and additional professional education.

IPM is based on the Pirogov Center, which is one of the major medical institutions in the country. In 2011 he received a perpetual license to conduct teaching.
