The delegation from SFedU took part in the VII All-Russian Congress of the Association of Foreign Students: "Actual problems of foreign students in Russia"
in the head of the Russian language department for foreign students Inna Kovtunenko, the chairman of the Student International Club SFU Eiyas Al-Khatib (Syria), student Miguel Carreno Prada (Colombia), a student of Ahmed Itmayz (Palestine), a student of Yan Ni (China) and a student of Sofia Chumak (Ukraine).
A large-scale event was held at the South-Western State University. Kursk. Representatives of the International Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the governor of the Kursk region, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the migration service, representatives of the rectors from the universities of Russia took part in the work of the congress.
A guest of the congress to Russia from Benin, Moldova, Peru, Afghanistan, Argentina, China, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Zambia and Angola. The event was organized with the support of the Association of Foreign Students of Russia.
