The British magazine Times Higher Education (THE) published a rating of 1000 best universities in the world. The rating includes 18 Russian universities, including the Southern Federal University.
The University confirmed its position in the world ranking due to the improvement of the quality of scientific research carried out at the world level, improvement of positions in the indicators of international activity, expansion of forms of international cooperation, implementation of a number of projects for the development of the internationalization of educational and scientific activities.
In total, the rating, which is published for the 14th time, includes 1000 universities from 77 countries. When preparing the list, experts took into account 13 criteria, including the citation of scientific articles, the quality of teaching and income from research.
